  9. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  12. You need 1/4 tsp minced ginger

  1. Wash split bengal gram,soak for 2 hours. Pressure cook with little water and salt.
  2. Heat ghee in kadhai,add dry red chilli, cummin seeds,bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom,clove. Saute for 1 min.
  3. Add turmeric powder, slit green chilli,ginger, coriander powder. Mix and saute for 1 min.
  4. Add cooked chanadal. Mix and add salt and sugar. Cook till water evaporates..to make it dry. Garnished with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
