  2. Take 1/2 cup oil
  3. Take 1 cup sugar powder
  4. You need 1 tsp baking powder
  5. Prepare 1/4 tbsp soda
  6. Take 1/4 tbsp cardamom powder
  7. You need 1 cup milk
  8. Prepare 2 cups rasmalai
  9. Provide 1/2 cup condensed milk

  1. In a very first step we need to take one big bowl and mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, oil, condensed milk and 4tbsp ras malai and mix all together in a good way.
  2. Now take a cake mould and put batter in a cake mould. Now keep mould for 45 minutes in a pan(kadai) on low flame to bake cake.
  3. Once your cake is ready. Now we need to cut cake in three layers.
  4. To make first layer of cake we have to spread rasmalai on the top and apply cream on cake for iceing for the first layer
  5. We have to do same for second and third layer as we did with first layer.
  6. For icing cream mix 3tbsp rasmalai and yellow food color.
  7. Once your iceing cream is ready. Now apply iceing cream to cover the whole cake..
