The ingredients needed to cook Tambittu:
  1. Take 1 cup (heaped) Kadalebele/bengal gram lentil
  2. Use 1/3 cup (heaped) Green gram lentil/hesarubele
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup Whole wheat/godhi
  4. Get 1/2-3/4 cup Grated dry coconut
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp White sesame seeds
  6. Provide 1&1/4 cup Jaggery
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  8. You need Water to make jaggery syrup
Instructions to make Tambittu:
  1. Dry roast kadalebele, hesarubele, godhi and white sesame seeds separately on medium flame till light brown, without burning
