  1. Take 6 cup idli batter
  2. Get 1 tbsp. spinach paste
  3. Provide 2 tbsp carrot paste
  4. You need 1 tbsp beetroot paste
  5. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Use 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Provide 1 tsp tomato paste

Steps to make Multi Coloured Kuzhi Paniyaram:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan and temper with the mustard seeds. After it stops spluttering, add the urad dal and saute till light brown, Add this to the batter and mix well.

  4. When one side is done, turn over and fry the other side too for a minute. Switch off the flame and transfer them to a serving dish.
  5. Serve with coconut chutney plus sambar and a sprinkle of kura karam podi / idli podi.
