- You need 2 tb sp semolina

- Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- You need 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Get 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
- Prepare 1 tb sp kasuri methi
- You need For making bonda stuffing:
- You need 2 Boiled potatoes
- Take 1 small onion
- Get 1 " piece grated ginger
- Use 1 Green chilli
- Use 1 tb sp chopped coriander leaves
- Provide To taste salt
- Provide 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Get 1/4 tsp mango powder
- Prepare Other:
- Use Cooking Oil for deep frying
- Use 2 tb sp Tomato ketchup
Instructions to make Aloo Bonda:
- Add all 3 flours in a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients for making batter and oats. Mix well and make a batter by adding water. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add all dry masale for bonda stuffing. Add chopped onion, green chilli, grated ginger and coriander leaves. Mix well and make lemon size ball of stuffing.
- Heat oil in a wok. Coat these balls in Gram flour batter and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
- Remove it in a plate. Press it with the help of katori and flatten it.
- Fry it again from both sides and remove it in a plate.
- Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
