- Take a wok and add oil in it. Add onion and green chillies in it.
- When onion turns pink add ginger garlic paste in it. Cook it properly then add all dry masala in it. Add boiled and mashed potatoes and salt in it. Switch off the gas and let it cool completely. Then make tikki of it and keep it aside.
- Now in a mixing bowl add besan, water, salt and make a smooth thick batter.
- Now take a wok add oil for frying. Once it is hot, dip tikkis in besan batter and deep fry it in medium flame. Fry it and serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney.
