- Provide 4 pieces Bhangan fish
- Prepare 2 cups basmati rice
- You need 2 big size onion
- Use 1 cube piece ginger
- Provide 6-7 garlic cloves

- Get 2 bay leaves
- Get As needed Whole garam masala (cinnamon,clove,cardamom)

- Provide 1 tbsp jeera powder
- You need 1 tbsp kashmiri mirchi powder
- Take as needed Refined oil and ghee

Instructions to make Fish Pulao:
- Wash rice let it dry on a tray
- Marinate fish with little salt and haldi powder and keep aside.
- Make a paste of onion,ginger,garlic,chills and tomato.
- Heat kadai and add oil.
- Fry fish till golden brown don't make it too crispy & take it out,keep aside.
- In same oil add whole garam masala & bay leaves saute for few seconds and add vegetables paste fry till colour changes.
- Add dhaniya,jeera & kashmiri mirchi powder.Then add 1 tsp salt & 1tsp sugar and cook till oil gets separated.After that add 1cup of water.
- When gravy starts to boil add fish and let it cook for 6mins. Then take out fish from the gravy.
- Then in the same gravy add rice & mix it well. Add 1tbsp salt and 3tbsp sugar then add 4cups of water and cover the lid.
- Check in between when water almost gets absorbed add 1 spoon ghee and 2drops of kewra water.
- Then arrange all the fish on top of rice and cover the lid.
- Switch off flame and give some standing time.
- After 10mins serve it.
