  1. First we have to make upma for that heat a pan and dry roast semolina for 2-3minuts and then remove from flame and keep aside
  2. Now heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add mustard seeds curry leaves in it let they crakle
  3. Now add onion,carrot in oil and cook it fir a minut
  4. Add capsicum in it and cook
  5. Add salt turmeric powder redchilli powder in vegetables and mix well

  7. Add water about 1-11/2cups and mix well cook it till water get reduced and mixture starts leaving the pan

  9. Make small size balls from upma make a small cavity in middle of it
  10. Put cheese in it and fold it in this way make cheese filled upma balls from all the prepared upma
  11. Heat oil for frying in a deep pan meanwhile take gramflour /besan in a vessel add salt and mix
  12. Add water in it and make a batter like dosa or pakora batter
  13. Dip upma balls in this batter and fry it in hot oil it golden and crisp texture
