The ingredients needed to make Kasuri Machhi:
  1. You need 4 pieces Rohu fish
  2. Provide 1 tsp whole jeera
  3. Take 1 tsp ginger paste
  4. Take 1 medium size onion chopped
  5. Prepare 1 medium size tomato chopped
  6. Use 1 tsp red kashmiri chilli powder
  7. Take 1 tsp garam masala powder
  8. You need 1 tbsp kasuri methi dry
  9. Take Curd(200 grms yoghurt)
  10. You need 1 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions to make Kasuri Machhi:
  1. Marinade Rohu fish with turmeric and salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Then, heat oil in a kadai and fry this marinated fishes.
  3. Take another pan and heat oil in it. Saute cumin and chopped onion in the pan until brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till oil seperates.
  5. Add the cumin powder, red chilli powder,garam masala powder and kasuri methi. Mix it thoroughly.
  6. Mix curd in it and cook till oil seperates. Then mix fried fish with it and can mix little water if reqire.
  7. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes in low flame. Remove from flame after a thick gravy and fish nicely coated with gravy masala.
