  1. First let make the Malai. In a pan add milk. Then add Malai and condensed milk. Let it boil and reduced to half. Now add the sugar but please check the sweetness before adding as condensed milk is sweet and the cake will also be sweet. Let it cook till it becomes quite thick. Let it cook.
  2. Now for the cake. Soak the kesar in warm water. Mix all the dry ingredients first. Then add the fresh cream or Malai. Mix it. Then gradually add the milk so that no lumps is formed. Also add the kesar water. Mix them well.
