- Now add the cooked rice and mix them very well. The flame should be low so that they won't stick. Give 1 tbsp black pepper and check the salt. Add some fried almond in the rice. Now mix them very well. Lastly add chopped cilantro and switch off the flame. The rice is ready.
- In a small bowl break 2 eggs and salt and pepper and whisk them very well. Now in a spreaded fry pan heat 1 tbsp oil and spread it evenly. Give the egg mixture and spread it evenly.
