- Prepare 1 cup all purpose flour
- Take 1/2 tsp sugar

- Now after the dough has raised, knead it one again for 2 minutes and divide it into 2 balls. Then roll each ball seperately with rolling pin about 9 to 10 inches big.
- Then cut it into 4 parts like shown in the picture. To each part add a bit chilli garlic sauce if you prefer and then add chicken tikka filling in the centre.
- Now fold the dough as shown in the picture and bind it using water.
- Now keep the buns in a baking tray or any pan you have, give the egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds or any seeds of your choice. And bake them at 180°c for 15 to 20 minutes.
- I have made the without oven thats why their color is a bit lighter but they are completely cooked and tastes amazing.
