- You need Tempering Spices: 2 tsps Sesame or Coconut Oil
- Use 1 Dry Red Chilli
- Use 7-8 Curry Leaves
- You need 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Use 1 tsp Urad Dal
- Provide 1/4 tsp Hing/Asafoetida
- Use 3/4 Cup Peanuts (Lightly Dry Roasted)
- Take 2 tsps Sesame/Coconut Oil
- Get 1 tsp Urad Dal
- Get 1 tsp Chana Dal
- You need To Taste Salt
- Take 1 Small Piece of Tamarind
- Provide 1/2-1/3 Cup Water
- Take 1-2 Green Chillies
- Get 2 Garlic Cloves

Instructions to make Peanut Chutney 😋:
- In a frying pan/skillet, put over a medium-high flame add in the raw peanuts & dry roast them, until its skins separate- allow it to cool down completely & then peel off its skins entirely or can keep it- as is & transfer it to a blender jar
