- Get 1/2 Kg Chicken
- Prepare 1 Cup Cream
- Provide 2 onion, 1 inch ginger, 6 cloves - All chopped
- Provide 2 Tomatoes
- Get 4 Tbsp Vinegar
- Get 1 Tbsp Salt
- Provide 1/2 Cup Oil
- Use 2 Tbsp AchaaR gosht Masala
- Get 5 Green chillies chopped
Instructions to make Chicken Handi:
- Marinate the chicken with salt and vinegar and leave for 5 minutes. After that, fry it until white and take out on a clean paper.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies to oil. Saute them until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cover so that they get soft in steam. Afterwards, mash the tomatoes with backside of spoon and add achar ghost masala.
