  1. 1.In a pan heat clarified butter - - 2.To it add chopped onions - and saute till they turn brown - - 3.Now add ginger garlic paste - saute till raw smell disappears - - 4.Add chopped tomatoes - 2 medium sized and saute till smooth, add salt
  2. Now add - Crushed coriander seeds - Crushed cumin seeds - Saute them.Add chopped green chilies mix - Kashmiri red chilli - Turmeric powder - Saute well

  4. Lower the flame till chicken turns tender..in the last add, garam masala powder - - Garnish with coriander leaves

  6. For roti:flour and salt mix well..add water and make a dough..rest for 10 min..now dough ready for making roti..make a small ball..press it..roll it like a roti..make on hot tawa….
