- Provide 15 cloves /laung
- Get 1 tbsp chopped tutti fruity (optional)

- Cut dates from center and remove it's seed. - Wash pan leaves and wipe them with clean cloth. Cut it's slits. - Assemble all ingredients.
- Add pan masala, saunf, dhaniya dal, crushed cardamoms seeds, half of gulkand, desicatted coconut in a bowl. Mix all properly. Keep it aside. Now take one khajoor (date). Fill 1/2 tsp pan masala in khajoor.
- Take one Pan leave. Put some gulkand and stuffed khajoor on pan leaf. Then fold pan. Fix it with laung. Repeat this process for all pans.
- Break chocolate compound in small piece. Microwave it for 30 seconds. Stir it. Again microwave it for 1 to 2 minute. Mix it well. Chocolate is ready to coat. - Take one khajoor pan. Keep it on fork. Pour melted chocolate over it.. Tap once to drain the extra chocolate.
- Keep it on alluminium foil. - Coat all khajoor pans with melted chocolate. - Keep these pan delights in fridge for 15-20 minutes to set.
