  13. Get 1/2 tsp dry roasted cumin powder
  14. Take 1/2 tsp dry roasted coriander powder
  15. Prepare 2 tsp kasoori methi
  16. Get 1 tbsp ghee
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp mustard oil
  18. You need To taste salt
  19. Get 3-4 slit green chillies
  20. Use 1/2 tsp garam masala
  21. Use 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp malai or fresh cream
Steps to make Handi Chicken:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion crispy brown.Set aside.In the remaining oil sprinkle chopped garlic and ginger.Fry and add chopped tomato.Fry till tomato is soft.Add the chicken.Add tomato puree,curd,ginger garlic,and cashew nut paste.
  2. Add roasted cumin and coriander powder,turmeric and red chilli powder and salt to taste.Toss all and add kasoori methi. Add water and cook covered till chicken is done and masala coats chicken.Add the fried onion and toss.Sprinkle chopped coriander and garnish with slit green chillies.Serve hot with rice or any Indian flat bread.
