The ingredients needed to make Poha Jaggery Modak:
  1. Use 1 cup poha
  2. Get 2 tbsp coconut powder
  3. Take 6 tbsp jaggery powder
  4. You need 1/2 cup roasted dry fruits

  6. Get 1/2 cup hot milk
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Elaichi (cardamom)powder
  8. Prepare 3 tbsp ghee
Instructions to make Poha Jaggery Modak:
  1. Firstly dry roast poha in a non-stick pan for 4-5 mins on low flame till it leaves raw smell.
