- You need 1 cup gobindobhog rice
- Take 1 cup grated patali gur (date palm jaggery)

- Take 5 green cardamom (elaichi)

- Wash and soak the gobindobhog rice in water for atleast 1 hour. Drain the water and keep the rice aside.
