- You need 1 raw mango
- Provide 1 spoon chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 spoon turmeric powder

- Prepare 2 spoons jaggery powder

- Get 1/4 spoon Mustard
- Use 1 byadagi chilli
- You need 1 spring Curry leaves

- Take 3 pinch asafoetida
Steps to make Rasam:
- Wash and clean the mango. Peel the skin off of it and cut the mangoes
- Take a cooker,add mango pieces,chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and little water and cook it. If required add green chilli.
- Grind grated coconut and squeeze the coconut milk out of it.
- Take a mixi jar and add boiled mango and grind it.
- Add the grinded mixture, coconut milk, jaggery and if required salt.Boil it.
- Prepare tampering mustard, asafetida, jeera, red chilli, curry leaves with coconut oil or ghee.
- Add the tampering to the boiling rasam and rasam is ready.serve with rice.
