  1. At first marinate the mutton with onion chopped ginger garlic paste oil,garam masala powder and red chilli Powder
  2. Rest it for 1-2 hrs
  3. Now heat a pan add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli along with whole garam masalas
  4. Add chopped onion and saute well
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears
  6. Add Cumin,coriander and red chilli powder and saute
  7. Add the marinated mutton and potatoes and saute
  8. Cover it and keep stiring in between
  9. Add warm water into it and cover till it becomes tender
  10. Add sugar and garam masala powder
  11. Add ghee and switch off the flame
  12. Serve it with rice or chapati
