  1. Soak urad dal for 4-5 hrs. Grind the dal, one green chiily and ginger till soft light and fluffy. Add chopped green chillies, chopped coconut and salt.
  2. Now take oil in a kadai and heat it. Take a leaf (little big). Wet your hand and take a portion of the batter and place it on the leaf and make a small hole in the center of the batter and then drop it in the hot oil slowly (take care while putting it in the oil).
