The ingredients needed to cook Ulundhu Vadai:
- Use 1 bowl washed urad daal
- Provide 2 inches ginger
- Take 2 tbsp fresh coconut pieces
- Get 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

- Use 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

- Shape vadai and fry them till golden brown colour.
- Strain vadai on a paper napkin and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
