  1. Get 250 gms bhindi
  2. Provide 2 medium sized tomatoes
  3. Provide 1 big onion
  4. You need 1/4 cup Curd
  5. You need 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  7. Get As per taste Salt
  8. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Coriander powder

Instructions to make Masala Bhindi:
  1. Wash and pet dry bhindi and cut in 2 halves.
  2. Slit in between.
  3. Take a pan and put some oil. Heat oil and fry bhindi till it become golden and soft.
  4. Take out of the pan and keep aside.
  5. In the same pan with 2 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, heeng and let it splitter.
  6. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown
  7. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir well
  8. Now add chopped tomato and cook till it releases oil.
  9. Now add salt and switch off gas
  10. Once temperature goes down add curd and mix well
  11. Now switch on gas and add bhindi well
  12. Cook for some time with cover.
  13. Once steamed and cooked nicely for 5-7 min remove lid and add lil Amchoor Powder
  14. Serve in a bowl and enjoy with paratha or roti.
