  11. You need 1 cup gram flour (besan)
  12. Prepare as per taste Salt
  13. Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric

Steps to make Vada Pav:
  1. Mash Boiled Potatoes, add salt, crushed green chilies-ginger, mix it well. Temper it (oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder)
  2. Add vada Masala, mix it, make lemon size balls.
  3. Make thick batter (in mixing bowl add gram flour, salt, Turmeric Powder, water mix it). Deep the vada balls in batter, coat it n put in hot oil to deep fry. Fry the vadas in golden colour.
