- Provide 2 Raw mango
- Prepare 100 gms Jaggery
- Use 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp tumeric
- Provide 1/2 tsp hing
- Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp jeera
- You need 1 tbsp saunf (fennel seeds)

- Clean raw mango and then peel the skin.Cut the mango into small cubes and keep it aside.
