  4. Jab gosht gal jaye Tau isme potatoes, yogurt or Hari mirchon ko Jo blend kar ke rkhi thi vo daaldein or 2 glass paani daal ke aaloo gal Jane Take pakayen (dhaniya powder or garam masala powder b shamil krden)
  5. Ab isme jtne rice hain us se ek glass Kam paani daal ke haradhainya podina b daaldein or tez flame pe pakayein jab paani dry hojae Tau isko slow flame pe dum dedein
  6. Hara dhainya podina or Green chilli se garnish kar ke serve karein.
