- Prepare 1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions to make Suji golgappe:
- Take a bowl add semolina flour salt and oil add little water and knead a tight dough using water required keep aside for half an hour
- Now wash the mint and coriander leaves, put them in a grinder add green chillies ginger and 2 cloves. Grind to a fine paste. Take out in a vessel and add above mentioned spices as per taste add tamarind pulp and water keep stirring until the spices are mixed. Refrigerate until chilled
- Now take the dough and knead it for a few minutes to make it smooth.
- Now divided the dough into small portions and make small balls
- Take a ball and roll into a thin puri and make all the puris. Keep the puri in a kitchen towel for a few minutes
- Take a pan and heat the oil, fry the puris until fluffy and golden brown
- Now stuff the puris with potatoes and chanamixture add meethi chutney and serve with chilled pani puri water
