- Add kashmiri chilli powder and amchure powder,mix well.cook on low flame till oil separates.
- Add soybean seeds,chley masala and garam masala.Mix.Add 1 cup water,cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.Adjust gravy consistency of your choice.Add chopped coriander leaves.(optional)Serve with puri/parathe.
