  1. Wash and slit green chillies. Apply salt and leave aside for 10-15 mnts. Peel boiled potatoes and mash them add salt,red chilli powder,dry mango powder chopped coriander leaves if you want you can put ajwain also. Mix them properly. Wash and dry the green chillies. Cover them with potato masala keep aside

Beat dahi till smooth add salt and little water mix.on another bowl sock boondi for five mnts remove from water.anf keep aside.
