- For kadhi: Heat oil in a pan. Add methi seeds, Chopped onions and garlic paste. Cook until onions becomes soft and turns light brown.Now add washed saag(Spinach or any green leafy veg) and cook it for 10 minutes more. Now add salt, haldi and red chilli powder.
- Now add besan into curd and mix the mixture well and add into kadhai and stir continuously untill boil.Add water according to your choice. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.Kadhi is ready.
- Smear butter over makki ki roti.Serve hot makki ki roti with kadhi and Some onions, green chilli and pickle.
