  5. Provide 1 tbsp Clarified butter / ghee -
  6. Take 1 cup Sugar -
  7. Prepare - 1-1/2 cup Water
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder -
  9. Prepare 1 pinch Baking powder -
  10. Prepare as needed Oil - for frying
Instructions to make Gulab jamun:
  1. Grate the mawa /whole dried milk and cottage cheese / paneer and mix well.
  2. We mash the cottage cheese / paneer and mawa /whole dried milk very well and make a soft and smooth dough.
  3. Add all purpose flour / maida,baking powder,milk and clarified butter/ghee and mix well.
  4. Divide the dough in equal size balls.
